All Ground Search and Rescue Staff must complete the following minimum training during their probation period to be an operational volunteer:
  • National Incident Management System: ICS 100; 200; 700; 800
  • 16 hr. Ground Search and Rescue Class
  • Basic Land Navigation Class
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Basic Communications
  • Crime Scene Preservation 
  • Serve a Minimum 6 Month Probationary Period
