All Field Operations Staff must complete the following minimum training to be operational volunteers:

• All Initial Requirements to become a McLean Co EMA Volunteer
• National Incident Management System Courses:  ICS 201; 230; 703; 2200
• Vehicle Operations and Fleet Maintenance
• EMA 900 UCP Operations
• Lighting and Power​​
