The McLean County Emergency Management Agency's Operations Team has released its 2009 Annual Report. The publication provides an overview of the McLean County EMA, highlights training and public service events, recognizes staff for promotions and commendations, and details field operations deployments in 2009. The process of developing an Annual Report began in 2007 and continues to be an annual publication. The Team's hope is that the information contained within this report is valuable, timely, and promotes an atmosphere of confidence in the work that the Operations Team, alongside other public safety and private agencies, strives to achieve. As the numbers will reflect in this report, the Operations Team is an extremely dedicated group of volunteers who desire to ensure the public's safety and to ensure that the citizens of McLean County mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and man-made emergencies. The Team's efforts remain guided by the importance of education, training, strong inter-agency partnerships, and community service. Because the annual report file is large, we're offering two versions to download: one is the original, high-resolution version and the other is a low-resolution version. Both contain the same content; the high-resolution file is approximately 10MB in size while the low-resolution file is approximately 4MB in size. Please note that either file may take a while to download depending on your connection speed. Additionally, you should use the latest version of your PDF software to view the report.
