McLean County EMA Appoints Acting Lieutenant of Administration |

McLean County Emergency Management Chief of Operations Hodges has announced the appointment of Danielle Eades as the Acting Lieutenant of the Administration Division. Since joining the McLean County EMA in late 2007, Lieutenant Eades has actively been involved in Emergency Management, starting her undergraduate degree in the field with American Public University. She has received training for the roles of Search Manager and Technical Search Planner through the Will County Emergency Management Agency's SAR curriculum and is in the process of completing her Illinois Professional Emergency Manager (IPEM) accreditation with the State of Illinois.
Lieutenant Eades holds the Fire Fighter II certification from the State of Illinois and is also a State of Illinois certified Emergency Medical Technician-Basic. She works for the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System and the Illinois Emergency Services Management Association as the State's Emergency Management grant coordinator and serves on various public safety teams/committees throughout the State. Eades' promotion to the rank of Lieutenant will be made official at a later date. Her appointment as the division's Acting Lieutenant is effective immediately. |
