The Director is ultimately responsible for all facets of McLean County Emergency Management, including but not limited to staffing, public awareness, funding, planning, pre-incident coordination between agencies, and setting goals / priorities. The Director reports to the Chief Officer of McLean County and additionally receives direction from the McLean County Justice Committee and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
